Accident, disappearance in the mountains, or witnessing a water accident:
- Do you know where you are?
- Do you know who to call and do you know the emergency services number?

From now on, in such situations, you can simply use the Ratunek application, which provides the exact location of the caller during accident reports.
Thanks to the Ratunek application, rescuers will know where to go for assistance and provide help faster and more effectively!

Key features of the Ratunek application:
- Calling for help (accident reporting) - by contacting the Rescue Services operating in Poland, in mountain regions, as well as over water, such as GOPR, TOPR, WOPR, and MOPR. During emergency calls, the application automatically selects the integrated mountain rescue number 601 100 300 or the water rescue number 601 100 100 and connects to the appropriate Rescue Service.
- Location of the person in need - automatic transmission of information with the exact location (up to 3m) of the caller to the selected Rescue Service. The location is sent via SMS during a phone call.
The Ratunek application is the only approved and integrated into the accident notification system used by Volunteer Rescue Services.
